Dr. Jacynth Joyce discovered her love for empowering educators in 2017 when she presented her first out-of-district session at an EdCamp Unconference. She was nervous but knew that she had something to share with her fellow peers about the power of classroom management and building thriving student-teacher relationships. "7 Simple Steps to Classroom Management Success" rose to the top of the list of titles and her session was packed with teachers hungry for what she had to share. This desire grew and her position as a Part Time Professional Development Consultant with New Jersey Education Association's Instructional Issue Division cultivate a passion that was undeniable, and had led her to this point of empowering teachers across the globe.

Brenden Tennant

As a principal you don't get to that level with your teachers hearing them share their stories. I got to better know my staff and how I can better support and help them in their ambitions and growth. I absolutely would recommend this session. It was a powerful experience.

Dr. Janelle Opoku

(Principal)

Dr. Jacynth Joyce is relatable, has been in my teacher's shoes and not too far removed from teacher's shoes so that they can bring useable strategies back to their classroom. She has an array of experiences and shared a story that taught her humility and learning her students' heart.
