Dr. Jacynth Joyce, a Thought Leader in Education,
professional speaker and education consultant,
with a powerful story and a passion for
teachers and students.
As a current educator, former middle school and high school teacher, Jacynth found herself stuck and operating in survival mode and burnt out. She sturggled to find balance admist the demands of her personal life and profoessional expectations and responsibilities. She loved her students, but didn’t realized that her operating in survival mode was impacting their emotional and social well-being and academic success. A confrontation from one of her students changed her life forever and now she helps teachers “shift from surviving to thriving.” She was able to overcome being stuck in this perpetual cycle of survival mode to experiencing perpetual success and thrive. She hopes to do the same for you!

As a principal you don't get to that level with your teachers hearing them share their stories. I got to better know my staff and how I can better support and help them in their ambitions and growth. I absolutely would recommend this session. It was a powerful experience.
